Please read this before writing

Selat Riset is an independent review site. We are not Pocket Option and we have no operational relationship with any platform we cover. The consequences matter, and they disappoint people who write to us expecting otherwise:

• We cannot open, close, restore or verify your account.
• We cannot see your balance, your transaction history or the status of a withdrawal request.
• We cannot speed up a payout, cancel a bonus, or release a locked balance.
• We cannot recover money you have lost, whether through trading losses or anything else.

For all of the above, the only route that means anything is the official support of the platform your account sits on, through the channels inside your own account. If you believe you are the victim of a criminal offence, the right route is law enforcement and, for financial-services matters, Indonesia's official consumer complaint channels.

What we genuinely can help with

• Factual corrections. Include a link to our page and, where possible, a link to the official source showing the correct figure or term. This is the most useful kind of email we get.
• Terms that have changed. If a payment method, bonus condition or verification flow changes on the platform's side, tell us so the relevant page can be updated.
• Editorial questions. Why we phrased something a certain way, or why we declined to state a figure.
• Topic suggestions. Questions this site has not answered yet.

What we do not take

We do not accept guest articles, paid links, promotional insertions, commissioned reviews, or requests to remove risk sections or regulatory-status sections. We also give no personal recommendations: we will not answer "should I deposit" or "how much should I stake", because that is financial advice and this site is not your financial adviser.

Response times

This is a small desk. We read every email and prioritise factual corrections. A reply can take several working days, and not every message gets a personal answer — but every error report that comes with evidence is checked.

Keep in mind that fixed-time options trading is high risk and capital can be lost in full. If you are writing because you have already lost money, we are sorry — but we have no ability to get it back.
